We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed directly by Stripe, and card information never passes through or is retained by Vinyl Riot.
Your information is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a secure cloud database provider. Emails are sent via Resend. Both providers are used solely to operate this store — your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser so it persists between visits — this data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out.
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access and correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a Crate collector account, you can unsubscribe from community emails at any time via the link in any email we send. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, please email hello@vinylriot.nz.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the site operates. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
